Future projects of West Cotati Homeowner's Association:

         1. Solicite Bids for New Management Company.

         2. Hire Licensed and Bonded Landscape Company to Maintain Common Area.

         3. Association Summer Street Party.

         4. Park Clean Up, and Repair Dangerous Conditions.

         5. Neigborhood Watch Program.

Remember, it took years of neglect for the situation to get this bad and out of hand.  It will take a lot of work, money, resources, and years to pull us out of this mess to bring our property values up to where they should be, and create a safe environment to live in.
