News from West Cotati Oaks Homeowner's Association.

As George Barich prepared to build new fences for the association, holes were dug for new fence posts and the fence began to take shape. Board members and committee members visited the site for unanimous approval of the design and placement.  The cost savings to the associations was in the thousands of dollars because the association is legally responsible for half the cost of any such fence which borders on association property. That's the law. Unfortunately, local landscape and fence contractors who asked to bid on this fence project were passed over because of pricing and quality issues. Futhermore, I don't fully trust anyone who hates roses.
